Your sign-in email (your only account identifier); the birth date, birth time (optional), and birth city (optional) you enter; your approximate location if you allow it (rounded to about 7 miles, then grouped into a city-level grid on our servers — precise coordinates are never stored); your check-ins and language preference.
Birth details are used only to build your chart. Location is used only to match city-level weather and adjust the day's activity suggestions. Check-ins power your own streak and nothing else. We don't run ads, and we never sell your data.
Your birth city name is sent to the system (Apple) geocoding service to look up a longitude for the true-solar-time fix. The AI writing service (Google Gemini) receives only your computed chart and the day's plan — never your raw birthday, name, email, or coordinates. Storage and sign-in run on Supabase; our servers are hosted on Railway. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat, which receives your account email (as the subscription identifier) and your App Store purchase records — never your birth details or location.
We don't sell or rent your data, don't use it for advertising, don't use your content to train AI models, and don't write your birth details or coordinates into logs.
Settings → Delete account & all data permanently removes your account at any time: your chart, daily guides, check-ins, and location records are deleted together and can't be recovered.
Elora is for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
When this policy changes, we'll show the new version in the app with its effective date; material changes will be flagged prominently. Continuing to use Elora after that date means you accept the update.

政策更新时，我们会在应用内展示新版本并注明生效日期；重大变更将以显著方式提示。新版本生效后继续使用，即表示接受更新。
